Neo Cryptid is a Bradford-based solo project by Rick Walker, blending groove metal with industrial and EDM influences. Formed during the 2020 lockdown, Neo Cryptid delivers high-energy performances featuring live guitar and vocals, synchronized backing tracks, and an elaborate light show. Releases like the Animator EP and "RBBT.exe" showcase the project's fusion of heavy riffs and electronic soundscapes. Rick also plays guitar for the punk/metal/grime band Felicia.
