Ransom are a South London hard rock band fusing classic rock energy with a modern metal edge. Formed in 2015, the trio—Matt Fielder (vocals), Dave Barlow (guitar), and Zach Barlow (bass/production)—deliver punchy originals alongside powerful covers. Influenced by AC/DC, Iron Maiden, and Metallica, Ransom have built a name on raw live shows and gritty, DIY recordings like their lockdown EP Halfway to Hell.
