Lycan is a groove/thrash metal band hailing from Nottinghamshire, UK. The band—consisting of Karl (Vocals), Paul (Lead/Guitar), Scott (Rhythm/Guitar), Connie (Bass/Guitar) and Blaine (Drums)—has been active since the early 2000s, delivering a blend of heavy riffs and aggressive rhythms characteristic of their genre. Their debut album, Dark Days, was released in 2009 through Casket Records, following a three-track EP. Known for their energetic live performances, Lycan has shared stages with notable acts such as Kataklysm, Aborted, Saxon, and Nemhain. In recent years, they've continued to engage with the metal community, participating in events like the Metal 2 the Masses competition in 2025.
